Arbor Snowboards Arbor was founded in 1995 with the philosophy of producing the world's best snowboards and skateboards while at the same time trying to minimize the impact on the environment and give back the resources that they consume. Since then, Arbor has had a full focus on offering high quality products made from sustainable materials with a constant thought of preserving the planet. Arbor Snowboards and skateboards are made of sustainable wood and bamboo. What makes Arbor stand out from the crowd is their design with the use of natural materials. On the Snowboard side, Arbor has invested heavily in having a wide team of riders like everything from legend and big-mountain king Bryan Iguchi to more street and park riders like Scotty Vine, Frank April and Erik Leon.
Arbor donates to organizations that help restore forests. Something they call "Returning Roots". The focus so far has been to try to preserve the Koa forest in Hawaii through the organization Legacy Trees.
