Rome was started by snowboarders who were tired of snowboarding becoming too rigid and corporate. They wanted to build boards and equipment that actually reflected the sport they loved. Creative, playful and full of personality. The result was Rome SDS, Snowboard Design Syndicate. It still shows today.
Every board feels well thought out. Whether you want to ride park, street, big mountains, carving or just maximize every little side hit on the way down, Rome has a board that is built for just that. Maggie Leon and Joey Leon - Sibling duo with a raw street feel and classic Rome attitude.
And what makes Rome special is that the team actually feels like a crew. The videos, edits and trips aren't just about tricks. They're about friendship, travel, chaos, creativity and the love of snowboarding. It feels more like a road trip with friends than an advertising campaign. That's why Rome movies always make you want to get out and ride right away.
