How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time is 2-7 business days on orders outside Sweden. Our shipping companies (DHL/UPS) ensures that your goods arrive safely and securely.
What are the shipping costs?
We always have free shipping on orders over €99. Order under €99 we take a shipping fee of only €12.
What do I do if I have a broken/defected product?
If you discover an error on the product and want to return it please contact us at info@standtall.se before sending it back. Specify the order number, article number and a picture and we will help you as fast as we can.
I want to exchange/return an item, how do I do?
We hope of course that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if you should happen to change your mind, you have 30 days right in Sweden. Learn more about how to exchange/return a product under the Customer Service tab TERMS.
I have accidentally ordered the wrong size. Is it possible to change before sending the packet?

Can I order if I am under 18?
If you are under 18, you must always have parental permission to place an order with us.
