When you order a product from us, it means also that you have accepted and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
Below are answers to hopefully all the questions that might pop up. Are you a little hesitant to order from us and you wonder who we really are? Read the story about us. We hope that you feel confident shopping with us.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY
We offer FREE SHIPPING (orders over €99) with DHL Parcel Connect. Orders under €99 we will take a shipping fee of only €12. You will have tracking info send to your email. Orders are shipped with DHL or UPS (DB Schenker for orders in Sweden). Delivery time is 2-7 working days. With some exceptions such as holiday the delivery can take longer.
We ship to all countries within the EU (European Union) exept Cyprus & Greece. We do not ship to Åland.

ORDER
Once you have placed your order with us you will receive an order confirmation to the email you have entered. In the order confirmation you will also receive an order number that you can refer to when questions or contact us about your order.
You have to be 18 years old to shop at Standtall. If you are under 18, you must always have parental permission to place an order.
RETURNS OR PRODUCT CHANGE
If you against all the odds want to return products you have 30 days right of return. You as a customer are responsible for the goods until they reach us. The item must be in their original condition, un-used, with all labels and tags attached. If we discover tape, damage, or marks on the original packaging, we will need to charge a fee of €30. Please note that the right of return does not apply to assembled snowboards and skateboards. The right of return and exchange does not apply to goods that have been manufactured or modified according to the customer's specific requests, such as the assembly of a snowboard or skateboard.
Product exchange is free but full return is €12. You will find a prepaid return lable in your package.

Follow the instructions on the return form that was in the package. Send an email to info@standtall.se with your order number and what product you want to change so we can reserve it for you. Use the prepaid return label and go to your nearest DHL or UPS Service Point depending on what says on the lable. We will send out the new product as soon as the package arrives to our warehouse and if everything looks good. You will get tracking to your email when the package leaves our warehouse.

We will make a refund when your package arrives to our warehouse and if everything looks good. Return fee (€12) will be deducted from the PayPal refund.

PAYMENT METHOD
We offer a secure and convenient online payment method called PayPal Express Checkout. Pay Pal is one of the biggest payment solution companys in the world and they have a high security system that keep your financial information private.
When you have selected your products and click on ”Place Order” button you will complete your payment details on the PayPal website. When you Pay Pal payment is done we will send you an email order confirmation.
YOU DONT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to place an order. You can choose how you want to pay. Using your VISA, MasterCard or American Express Card or of course using your Pay Pal account.
COMPLAINT
If you discover an error on the product and want to return it please contact us at info@standtall.se before sending it back. Specify the ordernumber, article number and a picture of the product and we will help you as fast as we can.
PERSONAL DATA (Privacy Policy)
When you place an order or register with us, you agree that we use and store your personal information. The information is used only by our business in order to provide the service you expect from us. Personal data is also used to contact you, as well as for information and offers from us. If authorities require access to your personal information, we will only hand over them if the law requires this. By law, you have the right to get all the information we have on you and you also have the right to request correction or removal from our registry.
