As mentioned, good vision is key! If you lenses starts to fog you no longer have that key. Ensure you pick a goggle with good ventialtion.
Lenses
There are different lenses designed for different weather. Use a dark lense for those bright and sunny days. But when it’s overcast you need a brighter lense in order to see. It’s hard to find the one lense which works in all types of light, get two and alternate? That’s our recommendation atleast.
Fit
It’s important that the google fits your face so that it’s comfortable and doesn’t block the ventialtion. The goggles shall sit on your face, chose carefully. Looks: Get a pair of goggles you like to wear. A goggle will protect your eyes like a helmet will protect your head.
