Here’s how to mold your insoles:
Moldable insoles easily adapt to the anatomy of your own feet.
To mold them, heat them in an oven at 90°C for 1–2 minutes. Do not use a microwave. Then place the insole in the shoe you’ll be wearing it in, put your foot in, and lace up. Sit down while doing this. If it doesn’t fit right the first time, you can try again. You can easily trim the front part of the insole with scissors if it doesn’t fit in your shoe.

If the insole is too long, it’s easy to trim it with scissors.
