If you have a foot that is 27cm long, you should choose a snowboard boot that is around 28-28,5 cm in boot size. 1 cm up works best for most people. Snowboard boots should have a tight fit, they will pack out 3-5 mm.

Snowboard boots - Burton Highshot Step On Black
Burton Highshot Step On is a boot for those who are looking for a comfortable boot to wear all day without any problems. The simplicity of BOA® makes it incredibly easy to put on, just turn the knob to tighten the boots and pull it out to loosen. Boots with BOA® and Step On couldn't be easier, you'll be out on the slopes in no time!
Medium flex throughout the shoe for those who want to jib around the piste or just maybe ski a little more lightly.
Burton has added a heat reflective liner in the sole and a warm inner shoe so cold feet are now a memory. With the Sequence BOA® system, you can easily adjust the closure and tension around the foot with a single dial.

Lacing System:
The Burton Highshot Step On comes with the Sequence BOA® system for easy and quick lacing.
Inner Shoe:
The Burton Highshot comes with an imprint 2 inner shoe that molds perfectly to the foot and is also malleable. The inner lacing goes around the entire ankle and up to the ankle for maximum heel grip. To sit even better in the boots, Burton has added Velcro at the beginning of the inner shoe that hugs your calves for even better stability.
If you are a cold person, the Highshot comes with 3M™ Thinsulate™ which is a lightweight membrane that retains heat from the body but is breathable at the same time.
Outsole:
The Step On outsole has three attachments on the boot, two in the front and one in the heel that securely attach when you step into the binding. The EST® optimized midsole lowers you lower into the boot which contributes to a better board feel and minimizes heel and toe strike.
Comfort:
The boots have the perfect "break-in feel" right from the start. Instead of having to struggle to break in your boots for two weeks, the boots are super comfortable right from the start.
(The bottom of the boot is completely snowproof and keeps you warm for a whole day on the mountain)
