Capita Snowboard Set - Outerspace Living 159W + Union STR Grey L

Snowboard Set - Capita Outerspace Living 159W + Union STR Grey L

Snowboard - Capita Outerspace Living 159W
Capita has crafted the Outerspace in a classic True Twin shape with a freeride-inspired design to perform well all over the mountain. The inserts are slightly set back because most riders prefer to mount their bindings that way on this model, which technically makes the Outerspace a Directional Twin. At the same time, if you want to ride the board as a True Twin, you simply set the bindings up front, essentially the best of both worlds.

The Outerspace features Capita's Resort V3 profile, which means camber between the bindings with rocker in the nose and tail. The V3 profile provides strong edge hold and stability, but also playfulness with rocker in the nose and tail, once again the best of both worlds.

Are you looking for a board to ride powder within the morning and shred the park in the afternoon? If so, the Capita Outerspace board is the board for you!

Outerspace Living is hand built in Austria in their factory Mothership which is powered by 100% renewable energy.

The board is waxed and tuned at the factory, ready for the mountain!

Flex: Twin flex 5/10
Versatile flex and build to handle the whole mountain.
The scale is built on the principle that 1 is "Soft and Playful" while 10 is "Hard and Responsive"

Area of use:
All Mountain – Outerspace Living is a board you can have fun with all over the mountain.
Whether you're going to hit the slopes, park or playing around in the woods, D.O.A will do the job for you.

Recommended level:
Average-Advanced

Shape:
Directional twin: Identical in nose and tail with 0,5cm setback for easier initiation without inhibiting you when riding switch.
Radial Sidecut: The simplest and most common of all sidecuts: One single radius makes this sidecut extremely versatile and predictable.

Profile:
Camber: Resort V3 Profile
The RESORT V3 Profile provides the best of both worlds. It has a raised camber platform through the inserts to retain high-speed edge hold through variable terrain, elevated contact points to land and float in powder, and traditional tip and tail arcs for smoother transitions.
