Snowboard Binding - Rome Men's Volt FASE Stone
Rome Men's Volt FASE is the binding for riders who want fast entry and a soft, playful feel for park laps, sidehits and relaxed resort riding. Step in, let the AutoBack close around your heel and tighten the FastStrap with one hand - then you are ready for the next lap.
The new MonoFrame chassis is molded as a single piece and provides a smooth, predictable flex without feeling dead underfoot. OmniFlex Ankle Straps and ProGrip Toe Straps deliver Rome’s premium comfort, while the 2° canted Dual Density Footbed helps absorb vibrations and landings.
FASE® Kink Ladders, three toe strap positions and two forward-lean settings make the Volt easy to adapt to your boot and riding style. This is a press-friendly and easy-riding fast-entry binding for relaxed cruising and fun park days.
We recommend matching the stiffness (Response Rating/Flex) of your snowboard, bindings and boots as closely as possible for the best performance from your setup. Ask us if you need help!
Recommended Use:
Men's Volt FASE is ideal for riders who want a smooth and playful binding with fast entry. It performs best in the park and around the resort, but still offers enough support for varied all-mountain riding.
Response Rating: 5-6/10
Adjustability: 5/10
Recommended Level:
Beginner-Advanced
Technical Information:
FASE® Fast Entry System - Fast entry and exit that works with standard snowboard boots while retaining the feel of a traditional two-strap binding.
AutoBack - The highback closes automatically as the boot enters the binding and opens when you lift your foot out. It can fold flat for chairlifts and storage.
FastStrap - The ankle ladder remains connected to the buckle, allowing you to strap in quickly with one hand.
Locked-In Toe Strap - The toe strap retains its setting between runs, allowing you to step in without opening it every time.
MonoFrame Chassis - A one-piece injected-nylon baseplate that provides a smooth, soft and predictable flex with excellent board feel.
FASE® Kink Ladders - Two ankle-strap positions let you choose a higher and more powerful setting or a lower and looser setting.
Three Toe Strap Positions - Multiple mounting positions make it possible to adapt the toe strap to different boot shapes and sizes.
OmniFlex Ankle Straps - A responsive AuxTech® strap that distributes pressure evenly and combines comfort with a secure fit.
ProGrip Toe Straps - An AuxTech® pattern that expands around the boot for a locked-in and comfortable hold.
Forward Lean Adjustment - Two forward-lean settings make it easy to choose between a looser freestyle feel and greater response.
6° Pre-Rotated Highback - A pre-rotated highback that follows the leg’s natural angle for more comfortable and direct heelside response.
Universal Adjustable Disks - An adjustable mounting disc compatible with 2x4, 4x4 and Channel systems.
2° Dual Density Footbed - A canted dual-density footbed that provides cushioning and a more natural stance.
Composite Construction - A baseplate made from 30% fiberglass and 70% nylon, combined with a highback made from 10% fiberglass and 90% nylon, provides a soft and stable flex.
