Measure the length of your foot. Then add 1-1,5 cm in boots size.
If you have a foot that is 27cm long, you should choose a snowboard boot that is around 28-28,5 cm in boot size. 1 cm up works best for most people. Snowboard boots should have a tight fit, they will pack out 3-5 mm.

Snowboard Boots - Nidecker Altai W Black

Altai is a mid-stiff snowboard boot with excellent responsiveness from toe to heel and strong lateral support, perfect for both groomed runs and powder. It features a Double BOA lacing system with External Heel-Lock, with one BOA dial for adjusting the upper zone and another for the lower part of the boot. This design ensures even pressure distribution across the boot and creates and optimal foothold and eliminates heel lift. The Altai's shell is heavily reinforced for durability and is packed with advanced features but offered at a very competitive price. Fits perfectly in all the different binding systems like Fase, Flow, Supermatic and traditional bindings. We consider the Nidecker Altai to be the best All Mountain-boot with BOA at this price range.

Technical Information:
Double BOA H5 Lacing System:
Fast and durable BOA lacing system variant that allows you to adjust with precision in both directions, tighten and loosen.
Gravity+ Outsole:
The outsole features an EVA midsole for natural cushioning. The pattern is inspired by those found on piste grooming machines to provide excellent grip.
Silver Liner:
A liner with no pressure points, easy to put on and take off. Hook-and-loop straps on both sides prevent the tongue from rotating and keep everything in place. It includes an adaptable flex zone around the toes for freedom of movement and can be molded if pressure points are felt.
3D Molded Dual Density Sole:
An extra layer of EVA supports the deep heel and arch. A silicone print on top provides grip to the fleece-lined footbed.
Asym 3F:
The boots feature an asymmetrical shape and closure system to provide ample support and flex. The asymmetrical Boa lacing system reduces pressure points and enhances medial arch support to decrease foot fatigue and cramps.
Articulating Flex Zone:
The upper part of the boot is asymmetrically connected to the lower part, allowing the ankle to flex naturally while providing support without deforming the shell. A thermal insulation barrier between the outsole and the bottom of the liner keeps warmth in and cold out.
1:1 Lasting:
The new last is key to the entire boot, with an 8° forward lean providing the perfect balance between comfort and performance. The 1:1 last ensures specific liners, shells, and footbeds for each full and half size, with separate lasts for men’s, women’s, and youth boots for anatomical precision.
3D Molded Toebox:
Reinforced toebox with no extra layers or seams around the forefoot for increased durability and a streamlined design. It also makes it easier to slide in and out of your bindings.
3D Molded Tongue:
An anatomically correct and asymmetrical tongue that performs better than a traditional straight one.
Rubber Backstay:
Protects the back of the outsole and boots from wear and tear. The lower part, known as the "Transition Zone," aligns with the outsole for easier entry and exit from bindings without snagging.
