The Nomad Splitboard is the board for those who want to get to places beyond the lift systems, without blowing the wallet!

The Nomad is Mid-Wide, which gives you a wider snowboard with better float in powder for people with feet up to size EUR 44. The board is equipped with Power Pods which create better grip when carving. The Nomad has a Premium Extruded FH base that requires less maintenance and waxing than sintered coatings.

The Nomad fits perfectly with the Nitro Vertical binding, but also has a Insert System that fits most major splitboard binding manufacturers on the market. T-7075 aluminum hooks are included on the board to lock the nose and tail together.

The Nomad has pre-drilled Inserts for Nitro Nomad skins for quick and easy assembly. If you prefer to use universal skins, they are also compatible.

Directional Splitboard: Big nose and short tail that gives you a good float in pow and
can make aggressive and long turns.
Dual Degressive Sidecut: This sidecut blends a smaller radius in the center with two larger ones in the tip and tail, making it loose and playful. Nitro ́s most forgiving sidecut.

Profile:
Cam-Out Camber: Our Cam-Out Camber is basically a Trüe Camber with early and smooth transitions into tip and tail. The result is a fun and responsive board that turns on the spot and is forgiving, even after that 713.5° landing!

Construction:
Powercore: Our Powercore uses tip-to-tail poplar wood, providing lightweight strength and the perfect blend of flex, response and feel.
Bi-Lite Laminates: Our rider-trusted Bi-Lite Laminates are engineered for unrivalled strength, powerful style and refined board- feel.
Premium Extruded FH Base: Durability, speed and low maintenance all in one ultra-clear base material - our FH Base takes the abuse of rail and urban riding like no other.
Wax: All NITRO boards are factory-tuned with Kandahars 100% Natural Speed Wax, a fully Bio-degradable wax made of renewable resources.
Power Pods: Overlaying a tighter sidecut radius in the center of the board with a larger one towards tip and tail is creating our exclusive POWERPODS which have two amazing effects: On one hand, there is extended board width under the bindings, resulting in additional edge control, especially on hard and icy surfaces as well as simply less toe and heel drag for larger boots and flatter stance angles. On the other hand, our POWERPODS make the board super reactive and fast turning once it’s put on edge – while keeping it easy to control if ridden with less dynamics.
